Shipping Policy

1. Overview
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered, including expected timelines and shipment procedures.

2. Shipping Area and Fees
Shipping is available only within the United States. All orders are shipped free of charge, with no additional costs applied at checkout.

3. Order Processing
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email is automatically sent. Orders are processed within 1–3 days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 04:00 PM EDT are processed on the next business day. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from business days.

4. Delivery Timeframe
After processing, transit usually takes 4–6 days, Monday to Friday. The total estimated timeframe, including processing and transit, is 5–9 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

5. Tracking and Dispatch
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Then you will receive a separate shipping update email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

You can use the tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

6. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted before processing begins by contacting support@arnovae.com. Orders already in processing cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

7. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If an item is received incorrectly or damaged, contact support@arnovae.com and include:

  • Order reference number
  • Description of the issue
  • Images showing the received item and its condition

Verified cases will be resolved through a replacement or a refund.

8. Delivery Delays
Delivery times may be affected by order volume, holidays, weather conditions, or courier disruptions. In such cases, delivery may take up to three additional business days beyond the estimated timeframe. If an order does not arrive after this period, customers should contact support@arnovae.com for support.
