How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 days, Monday to Friday. After processing, transit usually takes 4–6 days, Monday to Friday. The total estimated timeframe, including processing and transit, is 5–9 business days.

In such cases, delivery may take up to three additional business days beyond the estimated timeframe. If an order does not arrive after this period, customers should contact support@arnovae.comfor support.
What to do if an item is received incorrectly or damaged?
If an item is received incorrectly or damaged, contact support@arnovae.com and include:
- Order reference number
- Description of the issue
- Images showing the received item and its condition
Verified cases will be resolved through replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Can I request an order cancellation?
Cancellation requests must be submitted before processing begins by contacting support@arnovae.com. Orders already in processing cannot be cancelled and must follow the Return and Refund Policy after receipt.
Who pays for return shipping?
- Return shipping costs are covered by the store for incorrect or damaged items.
- For other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does it typically take to process a refund?
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
